About These Terms

These terms govern your use of the Structra website and inspection tool, operated by Structra Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By using Structra you agree to these terms.

What Structra Is

Structra is a guided self-inspection tool for NZ home buyers. It helps you systematically walk through a property at an open home, capture observations and photos, and receive a PDF report with AI analysis and repair cost estimates.

We also offer the Pre-Offer Checklist — a practical PDF guide covering what to check before going unconditional on a property purchase in New Zealand.

Payments and Pricing

Structra charges the following fees:

• Home Buyer Inspection Report — $29.95 NZD per report
• Pre-Offer Checklist PDF — $9.95 NZD one-time

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds once a report or PDF has been generated and delivered.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your report, please contact us at hello@structra.co.nz and we will do our best to resolve it promptly — including resending your report or issuing a refund at our discretion.

Limitations of Our Service

Structra is a guided inspection aid, not a professional building assessment. By using Structra you acknowledge and agree that:

• Structra reports are based on observations made by you during an open home visit
• AI analysis and repair cost estimates are indicative only and may not reflect actual costs
• Structra does not inspect areas that are not visible or accessible during a standard open home
• Structra is not liable for any property defects not identified during your inspection
• You should always obtain a professional building inspection before going unconditional on a property purchase
• Property records and council data sourced through our tool may not be complete or fully up to date

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Structra Technologies and its founders, employees and contractors are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Structra service, including but not limited to:

• Any property purchase decision made based on a Structra report
• Defects or issues not identified during your self-inspection
• Inaccurate repair cost estimates
• Any reliance on AI-generated analysis

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Structra service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report or product in question.

Intellectual Property

The Structra platform, brand, reports, checklists and all associated content are owned by Structra Technologies. Your inspection report is for your personal use only and may not be resold or distributed commercially.

You retain ownership of any photos you capture during your inspection.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Structra to:

• Submit false or misleading inspection data
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Structra platform
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Resell or commercially distribute Structra reports or content

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Structra after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
