Structra is a New Zealand home buyer inspection tool operated by Structra Technologies. We are based in New Zealand and our services are primarily intended for NZ home buyers.

When you use Structra, we may collect the following information:

• Email address — provided when you purchase a report or checklist, used to deliver your PDF
• Property listing URL — the Trade Me or OneRoof URL you paste to start an inspection
• Inspection responses — your answers to guided inspection prompts
• Photos — images you capture during an inspection
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details
• Usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited and time spent, collected via standard web analytics tools

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate and deliver your inspection report or checklist PDF by email
• Process your payment securely via Stripe
• Improve the Structra product and user experience
• Respond to support enquiries or contact form submissions
• Send transactional emails related to your purchase

We do not use your information for advertising purposes and we do not sell your data to third parties.

Third Party Services

Structra uses the following trusted third party services to operate:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/nz/privacy
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Supabase — secure database storage
• OpenAI — AI-powered report analysis
• Vercel — website and application hosting

Each of these services operates under their own privacy policies and security standards. We only share the minimum information necessary for each service to function.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on infrastructure in the AWS Asia Pacific region. We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure or misuse.

Inspection data including photos and responses is retained to generate your report. We do not retain payment card details — these are handled entirely by Stripe.

Your Rights

Under New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of any inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information

Cookies

Structra uses standard cookies and local storage to maintain your session and improve your experience. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes. By using Structra you consent to the use of essential cookies required for the service to function.
